We call our programme 'Simply Slim and Trim' (tm) and it contains a number of elements:
i) A 12 week intensive coaching, diet and exercise programme including two 1 to 1 sessions each week with me. Depending on the week and on your progress, your session will involve either coaching, nutrition or exercise or a combination of all three
ii)Tailored Programme Support Pack containing a range of delicious eating options as well as
written exercise support.
iii) Email and telephone support throughout
iv) Further group and individual exercise opportunities
