Wecome to Matt Woods Fitness and Weight Loss. I've been coaching fitness and weight loss for over 20 years and the task of losing weight and getting into shape can be a serious challenge and many of our clients have tried elsewhere before succeeding with us. There is no magic secret to weight loss and achieving your other body and fitness goals. We work professionally and
individually with clients to understand the whole person. Carefully and thoroughly we introduce a progressive coaching, exercise and dietry plan designed around each client.

We're serious about what we do but always remember to include an element of fun in the time spent with you. I'm also very confident that we can achieve the results you want. In fact if you don't achieve the weight loss and fitness goals agreed and, as long as you have followed our advice, then you pay absolutely nothing.

Fortunately our clients are always delighted with their results and so to continue to build on our success we're very pleased to announce the opening of our brand new purpose built weight loss and exercise studio in Wetherby. Its situated conveniently close to the centre of town tucked away in its own private courtyard setting. We're now able to accomodate a small number of additional clients who are serious about achieving their own personal goals.

Like any organisation we are ultimately limited for space and consultant time and it's important for me to use that time wisely - with committed and motivated clients.
